The staff WERE friendly and helpful. The cleaning service was really good. The rooftop bar offered a great view.
The room looked smaller than the photos SHOWED. I found the staff at the rooftop bar unavailable upon arrival. Nobody was present. The in-room tablet did not work.

Mixed feelings about the service

the room was too WARM I could not adjust the air conditioning properly the bar service was also poor one evening the bartender was rude after a drink order was declined further the staff did not seem particularly attentive after this incident affecting the rest of my stay

The location proved very convenient. I found the beds and pillows very comfortable. I also appreciated how clean the hotel was, as it exceeded my expectations. The interior design of the hotel looked well-furnished (it.).
The rooftop bar was unattended one evening. I waited for service, but no staff was, so I left.

The room had comfortable beds with good mattresses, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. There was also a machine available for preparing coffee, along with a kettle for making tea. I found the bed linen and towels to be of high quality.

The reception staff were very welcoming and informative (I was grateful for the restaurant recommendations). They even surprised my husband with a box of chocolates and fizz for his birthday! The bartender made delicious cocktails.

Breakfast included various options that were really nice. I especially enjoyed the selection of fresh pastries and fruits. The coffee machine was a great addition, providing a quick caffeine fix each morning.

The hotel provided Netflix on the TV in my room. This offered a convenient way to relax and unwind after a long day. I also noticed that luggage storage was available for guests.

The room included a coffee machine with capsules. The room was very clean. The common areas were decorated beautifully and kept impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooftop bar was advertised to close at 10 PM. there was no staff there at 9:30 PM. A staff member stated bluntly that they were closed, which I found unprofessional. My wife felt ill and needed painkillers, but staff stated company safety policy prevents them from providing any (even a cup of tea).
